December 4th, 2022

The Book of Ephesians is one of THE most encouraging books contained within the pages of the Bible. It’s author, the apostle Paul, weaves a beautiful picture of the grace of God moving on behalf of us for His glory. We are saved for our benefit, but also to reveal His glory! Paul does a masterful job of revealing to the Ephesian church their pivotal role in the unfolding story of God. And that letter and theme has just as much relevance for us, today! Each week, we will delve into a verse-by-verse online bible study of Ephesians, showing you the historical context of this letter, the hidden gems Paul unveils, the truth held in tension, along with Biblical and modern examples for you to engage the text, and action steps for you to grow in God!

14 As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of people, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; 15 but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, that is, Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love
